Tested (WIn XP) AMD 12.8. Nogo. Land where water should be etc..
Well, back to old driver and next time NVidia or Ati HD5870 card, known and good.

Well I went and bought a GTX 550 TI, and to say, Im taking it back in the morrow, screw nVidia and the card they rode in on. It aint no different than my XFX 7770, actually just f'ing with the cunt. panel made me chuck. F that sh#t. Gimme back my Radeon.

Dude thats why I bought the damned thing, and thats why Im taking it back. AMD might be F@@king around with Drivers, but seeing is believing. Im ATI RED and staying that way until some company can come along do it right.

it's been a while since i played Il-2 so help me refresh my memory please? in the Config.ini is water better on 1 then 3  for instance?

ATI best water = 2 = nVidia best water = 4

ATI has less intermediate options for water details than nVidia.
