i don't know about that - from what i know, the guys who were working on it, have either stopped modding, or moved on to other projects.

Yes, that one is private only, but not due to our greed but due to copyright problems, sorry.

well, let's hope it can still happen. this is a really important plane, and it would be a shame not to have it in IL-2.

Strange, this thing... because Mirage III exists for other games (for example, for Strike Fghters Project 1 and 2, and all the WoXxx serie...)...

I think he doesn't mean that it's copright issue with Dassault Aviation but that they use a 3D model from other game, and these can be legally shared only in familly/friends group. They cannot redistribute it if it includes a single bit from other authors without their agreement - that would be a risk for the entire SAS to be nuked.

A real pity, many people were really waiting for this plane. It's sad they were informed so late about this copyright issue.

I hope the A-4 Skyhawk is soon released then, and i'll be happy too, flying  "San Carlos bomb alley" missions  :D

Yeah, kind of needed the Mirage III for my Sinai, and War of Attrition campaign I built using place holders for the Mirage............ of course I was using the L-159F for the A-4 Skyhawk...................
