Saving different controll setups?
« on: July 02, 2011, 12:48:06 PM »

So I'm very deeply in love with all the cool CH products gear I have. With the throttle quadrant I'm able to actually control both engines simultaneously! Woot!

Now the question is-is there a way to save separate control settings?
I know that I can do it through the CH manager software, but in IL2 is there a way to save multiple settings? That way I wouldn't have to go through and re-program all the levers and buttons when I wanted to go from single to twin engine and vice versa.

Hi! I would say, if correctly understood...., create different pilot profiles each with the desidered features.

Have you tried creating multiple pilots in Users folder? You should be able to assign unique contol settings to them.Works for me but I have a Saitek so no there' no separate engine control.

Thanks boomer.
And sweet Jesus christ, talk about trying to re-invent the wheel. I never thought about making different pilots for the aircraft, makes sense that way anyway. Thanks fellas!
