I'd recommend you check why you cannot access archive.org like the rest of the world.

I was able to get the archive link working in the end, but the 'externals' link did not seem to work.

I tried to enter 'http://www.smsp.org/il2/3d_modeling_bible/externals.html' but it said that url was not archived?

Is it just part of the site that was not archived like the other links?
