Just a little screwup with the code causing that mask bug. I watched some videos of F-86D pilots during a scramble drill and in general, mask goes on whilst on the ground. The mask contains the microphone so makes sense it goes on BUT no doubt some pilots don't like wearing it unless they need to. JackS probably can answer this better but I believe oxygen starts getting delivered automatically when above 10,000ft.

This bug will be fixed when Crazyflak releases the updated F-80 pack :)

Why is the rear canopy shaded darker than up front?

If it's a problem i can remove it. Thought it was kinda more realistic this way. Obviously when i say "if it's a problem" i mean it for the community in general, not only for you. Don't take that as an offence, but i don't make mods on request...usually.

Anto is again spot on. We had the mask attached as soon as the engine was started and removed after engine shutdown. Prevented JP-4 fumes plus the mask check was one of the most important pre-flight checks. O2 began flowing as soon as the mask was attached. 100% O2 was supposed to help with hangover but I don't remember it being much help, not that a pilot trainee would drink at the O club with .25 drinks during happy hour.

Oh, the memories!  :)

Jack

PS also, the radio mike was inside the mask.

Magnificent! And a greatly needed plane too... Many thanks, RedFox and all involved. Er, a small request: Could anyone of our talented resident skinners have a go (any time) at a Greek (HAF)? this plane was widely used as a trainer by the HAF till the late 1990s. Thanks in advance,  8)

Ahh awesome, cheers Mike :) Cool so they pumped you full of that good-ole life giving, corrosive gas to begin with? Probably thinking too far into the future but somewhere I read about USAF fighters having some sort of automatic system. Obviously not around for 1950's jets :P

You can install it on UP3 with latest SAS buttons BUT it will break online compatibility. Hopefully will be added in a future patch.

It was the plan to include it in that release but looks like it just missed it. Should be in the next one :)

Follow the same way as with SAS Modact, just make the changes in #UP# folder instead of #SAS. You'll need the lastest buttons version.

I have it in UP3 and works like a charm.
