Thank you Klaus,
It is now showing in my FMbuilder, but now it has no buildings on it. Nothing.
 Just a map landscape. This is very strange.

The QMB missions posted here before are also not working in the 4.12 game version.
I guess it is not compatible with my game 
All my other maps are showing.

Even if you were missing objects, the remainder of the objects should still show.

Check your load.ini and see if it correctly references your actors.static file for that particular map.

OK lets try this one more time,
I have erased previous downloaded map folders and re-started with a  new clean install.
Now all maps show the buildings and airfields and equipment.
Great! 

Now as for this post about the QMB missions. (See the Post below)
I have installed them into my 4.12 game,
but nothing is happening in my 4.12 game version.

PLEASE , EXPLAIN to me again, WHERE exactly to put these files ?

Downloading files with no proper "instructions" and guessing where the files go to, makes not a happy game player

The author kindly asked me to publish his latest overhaul of South-Germany.
I'l post here some quick Info to help Klaus promoting his fine work.
Of course he earns the applause and be sure to thank him for that wonderfull
new Update. 
Fixes include a bunch of corrected airfield Spawnpoints, layouts that fixes
severe AI laggs from past versions. We can consider the Map now Offline and AI-friendly.
incl. overhauled Leipheim, Lechfeld, Neuburg, Reichsautobahn auxillary runways ...

Installation:
copy and paste the actors Files in their determined folders and make sure to
overwrite according the usual procedure...

Dear friends,
Is there any version of this beautiful map with smooth runways is available? Unfortunatelly Zuti Friction mod 4.10 is not compatible with 4.13.4. Please, any advice
