I can't answer your question because I don't use HSFX.
But I would like to clarify two things:
- HSFX 7.0.3 is based on 4.12, not 4.09 !
- this mod is used by 4.12 Imperialists so it should work with standard HSFX. I'm more reserved for HSFX expert.

If you follow the link to the original post https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,22120.0.html you will find a version that works in 4.12. to install in HSFX you just need to create a MODS folder (if you don't have it already) and then copy and paste the folder contained in the download. Then you need to go to Files folder and add the relevant lines to the Air.ini. If you don't know how to do it read here https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,1353.0.html
