Fix for misaligned normal under wing
« Reply #12 on: October 23, 2010, 08:58:12 PM »

Hi all,

I fixed one bug that has annoyed me since the release of great Thunderjet. That is the misaligned normal under left wing, I mean that dark (white in other situation) area on top of this picture:

You can download fixed wing meshes here:
http://koti.mbnet.fi/raukorpi/F84G3_fix.7z
Just unpack it to your MODS folder and let it overwrite files of this mod. These files fix G3 version in this mod, check the other Thunderjet mod thread for fix of G1 and G2 versions.

I know this is an offline forum, but online a playable tanker aircraft would be lot more enjoyable :)

i dunno why, but when i have this mod install in UP 2.01 i lose homebases in some online maps. Some maps i wont lose any whilest other i'll just see a blank map with nothing to select.

I've tried using straight UP 2.01 with nothing else enabled, just these planes & the latest online buttons from SAS & it still doesn't work. Planes fly great but the loss of homebases when joining games is a real downer.

I've worked on it, but at the moment I will not release it until given permission

yeah online refueling would be awsome !

But to the posts about other planes for refueling, the f-80A or B was one of the first aircrafts to refuel. As you know it was also in corean war.. you could make great missions with it.
