Thanks gio.  --- All installs fine in HSFX5
Installed over existing folder with Hosho CVL
No problems. -- The additional gun entries in the ships.ini might be missed by some though?
The IJN is steadily filling its ranks.

gio, the new classes make no ddifference - i get the same 70% crash with the same errors in the log.
i have all other ships of yours and western's no problem, possibly this is because of another ship i have been testing.
perhaps i can send you this ship for you to look at?

HI, I'm shocked because I put your test ships , but in my "DBW" not made any conflict with my ships in this afternoon see the class files for see any errors (on my limited capacity )and refer.
I'm very displease for the accident, greetings GIO

don't worry, my friend - we will find the cause, i'm sure.
have a look at the test ship i sent you, maybe the problem lies with that one, as it is still being tested.
we should wait a while and see if anyone else has a similar problem, but so far it seems i am in the minority with this problem - which is why i think the test ship might have something to do with it.
i will be testing more from my side. don't worry - i think mine is an isolated case. ;)

Malone --- If the test ship is the same one you sent to me recently, then I still have it installed and everything is working ok.

yep, it's the same one.
i really don't get it, then. i have all the needed classes, yet you can clearly see in my error log that it's unhappy about one/more of the classes for these DD's.
this is on DBW 1.6, though....how much of a difference that should make, i'm not sure.
i still need to test on my modact 3.06 install, but the DBW install is the one i have all the ships in so far, and i'd like yo just keep building up the fleet in at least one install. ;)

Gerhard, i tried the ai extension mod in DBW, but i couldn't get it to work because it hit my java 'wall' limit.
and installing that mod is indeed a test, not for the faint-hearted, lol. ;)
i would think this is the most likely thing i would expect, however, it doesn't look like the memory crash, but more like a classfile issue with these, taking the error log into account.
i'd like to hear from others who installed this okay in DBW at this point.
it'll help to narrow down the possibilities.

I see in the log files from SAS~Malone some ship's name not signed (Minekaze and others), the original ships ,You cheeked this files presence (4799D4F0B7F09D3E) ,this files don't have any copy in others folders, open whit Wordpad and see the correct name presence .
IT is only a little chance of errors.
But in this moment don't have any error's idea because in my DBW installation not made crash and not have any logfile on working.

Greetings GIO.

Got them working fine in 409 installation!!

Among all nice change of sailor mesh between age evolution mate!!!

@Malone

Dear friend , take care that:

- if you install it you need to overwrite all the classfiles (apart 4 or 5) of the common folder with all gio963tto ships (KM destroyers , escort and KT)

- you must add only the needed add2 to ships.ini:

add2.default.ships.ini ONLY if you HAVEN'T installed the ships extension mod from western (that add new gun , arc of fire and torpedo)

add2.Ex.ships.ini ONLY if you HAVE installed the ships extension mod from western (that add new gun , arc of fire and torpedo)

From what I see from your log error I suppose that you have this one wrongly installed.....due the game search for them without finding.....

If trouble still occour please I'm olways here mate!!!

thankyou, friends!  :D
the advice has helped me to realise the problem.
by simply renaming this DD's folder to load before the other ships, has solved all my problems.
i misunderstood that part of the instructions, so yes, it is my fault entirely. :-[
now my navy grows bigger and stronger, thanks to your great new ships!
cheers mates!  8)

 :)    :)    :D

Yet another pack of aged skins, of the excellent Japanese destroyers created by Gio963tto, always remember to copy the original files before you superimpose these .. you never know ... I tried to reproduce the original insignia found on the net .. Epiphany good at all!
