I doubt it was called "expensive". From what I read in history books, the third reich had loads of extra money to spend on such things with no problems.
The money was probably going to crazy weird projects, like the "Maus" , for example
There are some strange looking half-tracks in that website which I posted in my last post.
Some had cannon turrets like a tank. Interesting concept.
Anyway, I have now finished doing all the needed file fixes and Epervier has added some very nice shadows to all Maultier models,
once I finish giving these Maultier half-tracks some proper skins, I will be moving on to other much needed fixing of other vehicles.
I will soon be fixing up these "Zugkraftwagen" series we now have and giving each one some much needed upgrades for us to enjoy them
in our maps.
All missions and campaigns for the IL2-1946 which use these new vehicles are now looking so much better!
