In my Catalyst control panel CCC I set all to high, except SSAA, I use MSAA, Vsync on. In game all settings @High.

Radeon HD 5750 1GB
 AMD Phenom 9750 Quad-Core
 4GB RAM
 mobo: GA-MA790GP-UD4H
 WIN7 64
WD-500GB HDD

Hi Bravo and thks again!
I´m going to build my new rig beginning 2012 but this time building it around he monitor and not viceversa and your specs are not enough (I think) for my new monitor which shoud be in my opinion the core of an installation.
I just installed the new Asus VG27H, and trying to figure out what would be the best compromise to run both IL2 and Clod I´m facing the obvious doubt: a dual core better suited to il2 (CPU overckloked to 4.2ghz) or o quad (5, 6, 7...) core (how powerful?) which probably is better suited to Clod? Not o mention FSX, which is the only othr sim I play which in turn is much CPU related (and RAM moreover...) as IL2....

The time I built my rig I had only 1400.00 US$ to play with and a shitty salesman, so if I had to do it again I Would have built it around the CPU, and i will post some links. Take note of issues regarding GPU brand vs drivers vs new/older Dx10/Dx11 game releases. You can have the best rig, only thing is no matter how powerful (multi core CPU), (multi GPU), perfect game play is governed by GPU "drivers" stability. Of course its your money and your ideas just research all the facts before you lay your cash or card on the counter. Be 100% satisfied with all your component purchases, or like me start out broke with a slow system, by unfortunate choice.
