There is the #DBW folder, but here is the same class in the XTD folder too.
If I put jpegScreenShots on top of the list it work, the game crash if I put it at the end of the mods.

Can you take a screenshot of the file structure showing how the DBW and XTD folders fit with that MOD pack?  I am not experienced with them.  In theory that particular MOD (jpeg screenshots) should work regardless of where it is placed (first or last), but you never konw with mods... there is a bit of voodoo magic that plays a part in it.
