Hi Raptor!

I test V4.
At new UV mapped WingTipTanks and WingTipNavLights, I feel mapping Left/Right reversed?
Left/Down side Tank/Light in skin is used Right side in 3D.
Right/Down side Tank/Light in skin is used Left side in 3D.

The wing tip pod mapping has changed and so will not work properly with the older skins.

This is the nature of any Work in Progress and a good skinner will take the new template that has been provided at the link on page 1 of this thread and revise and their skins accordingly.

GJE52

Yes. I see this is WIP project and mapping is temporary one.
So, if it is able or easy, I request TipTank and NavLight mapping swap left - right.
At skin, left Tank and Light is mapped left, right Tank snd Light is mapped right, this is feld natural to me.
At this L-39C skin, left wing is mapped left, right wing is mapped right in upper area, so...

It is not worth the effort to change that. It doesn't even really make a difference. I'm sure one can figure out which side is which, and well if they can't then they shouldn't be making a skin. I am really critical about small things as GJE52 will tell you whenever he makes a 3D object I always say something about this or that lol, but that mapping change is not necessary.

Update Version 4.1. Please see first post!

Version 4.1:
- Instructor (back seat pilot) will now turn head and look around at random.

It works in online mutliplayer... you can have a second guy jump in ur aircraft in a dogfight mission.

Awesome work!

Maybe it does work with the Transfer Controls option, but I don't know if it's fully implemented...

As far as I'm aware a "transfer controls" option does not exist. If it does I'll be happy to implement what's needed to the aircraft. However from what I understand this is not possible, neither do gauges fully function in the second pilot seat.

EDIT: Okay I looked it up in the MDS and there is this option, it must be enabled in the mission file though. You will find me with the same name (F22-Raptor-2006). I will need someone else in hyperlobby with version 4.1 to test this... They also need to be capable of hosting the mission.

P.S. Use of control transferral demands much more network traffic.

EDIT 2: Tried in multiplayer. I believe there are some bugs with the current MDS code and control transfer. Yet to test it with control transfer off, but with control transfer on. It is possible to hijack the controls, without the guy in the main pilot seat giving you the controls. When he gives you the controls your joystick is still disabled because you are a crew member. So you must use keyboard. Keyboard strokes only work for 1 second, after that you must press the key again etc... Joystick is disabled the whole time no matter what, as long as you are a crew member it is disabled. Based on this theory, it would be possible for any crew member to take control of your plane by simply using the keyboard controls when they jump into your plane... regardless of whether control transfer is enabled.
