alessio, I suspect the problem comes from a conflict with another mod that modifies the AircraftState class... Does this problem happen on every plane or only on certain planes?

I tried this mate, but i do not get the fluid fire effect like in the video? All i get is a thick, dense cloud of smoke at the impact point which is a massive fps killer, i do not get any flames or spreading of flames.

With regards to sanka could you please take a look at adding the fluid fires that spread as an option please?

On behalf of HolyGrail, i'm allowed to thank you for all the hard work you did to make this mod working on the latest installations of IL2!

He is still watching every now and then and has followed this with great interest.
Unfortunately, his real life got in the way with IL2 modding, so he stepped back. This is why I'm acting as his spokeman with his personal permission. ;)

So thanks for all your hard work! Keep it up!  8)

BTW, I updated the mod so it is compatible with DBW's AI mod, see first post :)

It's based on the AI mod released with DBW 1.6. I can also include a version for the latest beta release, since there's only like 5-6 lines of code to change :) (AI mod already includes the code for airshow smoke and fuel dump effects)
And thanks for the heads up on the LOD values, I'll fix that in the next update.
