I double check now, in DGen folder your files named 1939_Ardennes, 1940_Ardennes and 1940_France there isn't Hurri MkIa only HurricaneMkIb. If you think of that, don't know where else could I assigned it as flyable.

it´s in planesGB5.dat ... but if you don´t have edited these files, forget it

so, delete all dgenerror.log files in the IL2 folder and start again your campaigns, when it crashes again check for these files

Boelcke, here is what I did today:

I downloaded and installed new fresh campaign of yours. I deleted all DGen error files in IL-2 root folder, I've started British fighter campaign from begin and after some 11 missions same thing, after completing 11 missions and want to press Apply on debriefing to proceed to next one, IL-2 freezes as before and I have to exit the game via Task Manager.

I went to IL-2 root folder, there isn't any dgenerror.log files, only DGen.txt, DGen2.txt and DGen3.txt. That's all with Dgen name, except Dgen 4.0.8.6. file.

Also, what is interesting, when I start fighter campaign from 1939, I start with Hurricane MkI 12 lbs, it goes exactly 11 missions and when it's about to change to Spitfire and next year it freezes.

Second example, I start mission from 1941. Channel front end of 1941: Butcher's bird, it goes few mission and then it doesn't freeze, but show me this:

Do you have any more solution, now since I deleted those 2 dgenerror.log files, game doesn't generate me new one to see what's the trouble?

Thanks for all your help so far!

Looks like problems with your IL2 installation. I'm sorry but i don't have a clue, perhaps some conflicting mods? Some guys had problems with the german campaigns in the past, but never heard of something like this.

I doubt about installation, it's really interesting problem cause I have only with British fighter campaign problem, not with fighter/bomber, bomber, German or USAAF, just British fighter campaign. Problem can be with some mod, I will check.

 Thanks for help anyway!

Problem is that the campaign was created an tested with a clean DBW 1.71 and the B26 additionaly. Today DBW is - i´m not sure - around one year old (?) and everyone has boosted his installation with numerous additional mods. That has become realy a problem, cause this campaign especialy uses nearly every plane which was employed in ETO - and that´s a lot. On the other side it has become nearly impossible for me to give support any longer, cause everyone has his own tweaked and altered installation. Conflicts between added mods are not impossible.
