Hi everybody,
just a question: I started a RAF fighters campaign, but the first mission instead of being "phoney war 1939" is dated 1942 and starts from normandy! What happen?
Also the USAAF campaign starts in the same way...

According to readMe I copied the files in DGen folder, checked the Dgen (that is the right version), put skins in the "skins" folder and "B-26" in the jsgme Folder...
These's something I forgot to do?

it is mentioned in this thread and in the description of the campaign, that the RAF campaign hasn´t the correct date in missions before june 1941 - it´s a software limitation from dgen.exe.

The USAAF campaign does of course start in 1942, when else?

If it doesn´t work, the only way is to make a reinstall of the game, it´s also mentioned serveral times in this thread.

hi Boelcke,
it looked strange to me that the USAAF campaign start in 1942 from Normandy...

for me too, you sure that we are talking about my campaign?

If so, you need to be a little more specific. Any error.log files? Does the Ardennes map work for the German campaign? Does the Ardennes map work in the late campaigns for RAF and USAAF?

Hey Boelcke!

Been having a lot of fun with your campaigns. Thanks for countless hours of entertainment:)

Just wondering; I remember you mentioning something about building DGEN campaigns for the Channel/Circus/Wesfront maps. Is this still being planned/happening?

Cheers!

yes, check this:

http://www.axis-and-allies-paintworks.com/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewforum.php?32

you will find all my ongoing projects for the new degn.exe mod there.

The problem is that Asuras dgen.exe mod, which is needed for these campaigns, is still wip - so we have to wait ...

Good news indeed:)

May I ask why you would use the Circus map for the Channel conflict instead of Canons channel map? As I understand the Circust gives a relatively "narrow" tunnel to fly in and so much of the action in the period is in the Dunkirk- Le Havre region.

No matter what- This is eagerly anticipated:) Looking forward to fly your coming campaings:)
