the campaign file is ok, my fault not to rename the zip file, it´s actually vers 1.03

concerning the skins, i don´t have that problem with DB, the morane uses the default french skin

concerning the US marked planes, it´s a bug in dgen.exe, dgen.exe produces random flights and all random filghts are US for the allies on ETO maps, the only way to avoid this is to assign marked skins named with the $ letter in front to them, but for the Battle i didn´t find any usable skins

Hello Mr Boelcke. Thank you very much for your campaigns. It's a very beautiful work and i like them.
But I have a problem like many over users : When I select the Spit FIa or FIIb in your campaigns my game freeze !
This happened on DBW 1.71 and also on HSFX 6.01 fresh install without mods ( with the dedicaced version of your campain for HSFX ). Fortunatly I can use all the over planes and have good time but it will be better if I could use the spits too !  ;)

Sorry for my poor English, I'am French.

Best regards, Thierry.

Wondering If is possible to add the Hurrican MK.I early (two blade prop) in the Phoney War, Blitzkrieg and Battle of France campaigns, both as a flyable plane and as a enemy you can encounter.

yes, a lot more is possible, but i only use the planes which are coming with a complete mod pack - the B26 is the only exeption, because it´s much to important for an ETO campaign to miss - otherwise the support is much to time consuming for me to answer all the questions how to install this or that

Can you please add this Hurri in a small patch? It really adds a feeling of early war. Also the Do17z is out, and it was a key aircraft for all the campaigns in the West including the BoB, hope to see it included in the future.

Hi Boelcke,

Some interesting things are happening in my German campaign. First, if my aircraft gets hit the debriefing screen will say that I have been shot down and sent to a POW camp in Canada, even though I complete the mission and land at my home base. Also, for the last few missions, the enemy ai spawns on their runways either gear up, or buried up to their bellies on the runway. The crews bail out and I get to fly a milk run lol!

Any ideas?

Got this working and it looks good so far in campaign mode.

Would there be a way of transfering some (or all) missions into the single missions section of the game?

Srry for asking such a noob question but, how do you install this? Download comes as a big zip file and when I open it I just see heaps of Dat. files. Previous campaigns I've downloaded I've just put them into the appropriate nation (e.g US, UK, DE) in the 'Campaign' folder but since this is a multi-nation file I'm not sure.

It´s not a scripted campaign, put all the files into the \DGEN folder of Il2 - that´s it.

Check the dgen.exe in il2 root folder if it´s the needed versione 4.0.8.6 (right click on dgen.exe, then check properties).

You can´t copy missions into the single missions section, it´s not like a scripted campaign. Only missions you have flown can be found in the folder \missions\campaigns and the appropriate nations, there you will find a folder for the subcampaign you´re flying with the missions you have passed.

this is what I did which is actually what boelke says:

extract the downloaded file into C:\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\DGen   (the file paths maybe a little different on your computer? this is how mine are layed out.

you do not need to seperate any individual files in to the appropriate nations as you asked (e.g US, UK, DE)

I have mine directly in /DGen alongwith the file cases named US DE UK etc...
Although this causes a problem now i want o add the DBW midway pack of missions as some of the files will get over written when I extract the files into C:\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\DGen...

How can I solve this problem please anyone?
