Well you have a missing/corrupted files (fb410_clay01.sfs or fb410_clay02.sfs).
Are you sure you put those files in the correct place?
The paratroopers error is quite random, it happen even in high range machine, try with this config in conf.ini:

He have not necessary corrupted files, as it is explained in the read me this pack was designed for UP3.0 which have some files already inclued in and as he run a SaS modact installation these files are not present and cause the crash.

I will see what is missed exacty to make an addon for SaS modact installations but be patient, as it is far from now and as I don't use this kind of installation I don't remember exactly which files I should put in the addon.

Hey Claymore thank you. That would be great such an addon.

I tried a few other combinations of mods. With DWB and UP3. But nothing worked. So far my best try is the one with SAS modact 3.

But I have an Idea. What if you zip your #SAS or #DWB or #UP# or a combination of them (the one that is needed)  and upload your file of your working installment. So all the XTD / STD files and the .rc files are correct and no errors in the copy paste. I am doing this for days now to make this mod work but its prone to making mistakes. While zipping and uploading your working files I can download it and many others to paste that 1 on 1 so there will be no loose ends. Is this an idea ?

This will save you the time to make a mod on your mod for every other mod in the business. 

Otherwise I of course will wait patiently.

little update because I am impatient with myself so I tried another installment. Its the following.

Now I have installment with Patch 4.101m, UP 3.0_RC, DBW 1.71 and buttons 9.7. I followed your guide but DBW crashes from selector to selector and UP 3.0 is doing the same. All I can think of is .rc file problems or the copy pasting thing from pdf into notepad not having the same layout making it a blob of text without the right spacing between items. I would love to have a zipped STD of a working game especially for this mod combination if possible.

No problem for that, NOINFO is correct but you have no issue with NOIFNO.
Without NOINFO string you have an empty window in the objectviewer

I use UP3 and when start il2 ctd to 70%.  Are posible my files corrupted? or is problem with technic.ini

Part of the log does not give you serious errors ... just system alerts without gravity.

In all the folders I got skins but in the "Fw-190D-9, oct-nov 1944" & "D9R5" I only may choose the dflt skin
All the planes works perfect and in the other D9 this problem don't exist.

I suppose that the folders for mods D9 it's missing and/or a typo error in his name.
If someone knows how to solve this...? Please help me.

My setup patched: upto 4.101m || UP3.0 || DBW 1.71 + FW pack. But the game crashing from mod selector back to mod selector without starting IL 2.
