Just wondering...The 217 has bombbays too, right ? So actually it could carry the 4 external torps + other torpedo(es) or bombs in the bay ! That would be really a beast for ship hunting !  :P

Except if it would exceed its weight limit of course...got no idea...Just a thought...  :-\

Maximum of 4000 kg both internal and external but the bomb bay could only take the load of 2500kg. Also I am not sure the dimensions of the bomb bay would be big enough to accomadate a torpedo.
