Great work! I love the detailed modeling of the "recycled" vehicles...especially the French and Italian tanks!

However, I've got one problem: I get a CTD whenever I attempt to fly certain types of aircraft. I'm running UP3.0RC4. As of now, it seems isolated to the various marks of the Sabers and MiG-15/17s. The other stock jets, and the F-84 series are all uneffected, which strikes me as odd, as I'm thinking something related with the Korean War pack is causing the trouble. IDK what is going on, and help would be nice. The only files I've edited are the Chief.ini and Technics.ini

I'd really like to keep these new models, but I also need the jets. I like cutting open battalions of Hotchkiss tanks with the 37mm on the MiG-17.... ;)

the tanks are of a total unrelated mod to the aircraft, they dont effect the A/C at all, my suggestion is to re ask the problem with a new subject post and Im definitely sure you get help from the great folks here. wingflyr.

Great, while investigating further, I've deduced that it's not the aircraft (like you said, Wing). Unfortunately, now it seems that the CTDs are just random. Sometimes, I can blast four Me-109s out of the sky and bomb a city without issue, while othertimes I get a CTD the moment I fire an AIM-9. :'( Once, during a test mission involving a B-29 crashlanding, the game CTD-ed the moment I touched the water. But during the mission afterwords, nuked a city then crash-landed the bomber without issue. I'm thinking it's something in the technics.ini file...

I'm investigating while I type, so IDK for sure if I'm right, and the picture may change at any moment. Anyways, I'm taking my wagon to a new topic, as you said. Hopefully, I can figure this out and sink my 75mm teeth into your amazing creations. 8)

 silly question,but you did enter the technic ini file entries, If so and does not work try entering one tank by one, in both chiefs and technics. This helps to toubleshoots problems. It works in my v4.09.

yup I have entered all required entries in both chief.ini and technics.ini, and it was not working. But I'm glad I managed to fix it.

I'm back again, I've found out the problem: me screwing up the install process. I had all the ini's and whatnot all correct, but I forgot to do the JSGME process.

Unfortunately, I am completely lost. From what I understand, I'm supposed to place the .rar contents into my JSGME file, activate it, then edit the chief.ini and technics.ini as instructed? Which of the two installs do I use? The DBW version crashed JSGME during the install process, while the HSFX installed correctly, but it 70% CTD-ed. Again, I'm obviously overlooking something. Could anyone who's successfuly installed it for UP3 enlighten me on the full install process?

At least now I know it's not a conflict with another mod or something, as I thought when I made my new topic. I apologize for pestering the hell out of you, but having seen your modding ability first-hand, I can't just have these recycled tanks anymore. :(
