Anyone know where I can find these templates? I can only find the stock version templates.

Hi,

there seems to be, or at least his nick appears on some skins, R_Target as the author of templates used for JapanCat's Zero skins. I guess he is member of 200thsentai.com. I tried to join their forum several times, but never got the confirmation E-mail. So...

I checked just now. The download link is working perfectly fine and many people have successfully downloaded it today and yesterday. 
Maybe try and use another web browser.  ;)
