US Light Cruisers- Atlanta Class

Hi all. I was wondering if anyone had ever considering creating an American Light Cruiser, such as the Atlanta class- there seems to be quite a gap in carrier escorts available, and I've always wondered how things would be different if there was a mod for such a powerful anti-aircraft cruiser.

Has anyone done this? Wouldn't mind seeing some heavy cruiser classes too
