@ ANDYTOTHED

I downloaded both ships and they seem to work without probs.
Plz delete the ship entries and folders that come with the ships and reinstall in this order:

1) Install Yamato and it's fixes
2) Install Iowa. Overwrite the ship_jfc_classes folder.

my test was in UP3 environment.

It should work fine in 4.10.1 ModAct, also in HSFX5 (its included in HSFX6)

What problem exactly do you have.

Game loads ok?  -- or CTD.   if CTD what % does it reach.
or model does not appear in FMB or just does not appear in missions.

Do errors related to Yamato appear in your logfile?

I can only assume that I downloaded a different version

From your logfile:

com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.ShipJFC2$IJNYamatoClass

All my text entries are in this form:

com.maddox.il2.objects.ships.ShipJFC1$IJNYamatoClass

JFC1 not JFC2

Just to let you know, I'm bussy for a major update for this ship.
Most of the 3d is done from scratch, my aim is to make this the same quality as my Iowa mod,
and get rid of the ugly features like shadow meshes that are bugged in current release.
Superstructure and hull is done and now I'm making a better model for the rangefinders.

I won't post pics yet cause only half side is done so I mirror it and I'm sure you don't want to see half a ship ;)

2 pics showing the hull and superstructure ( no mast rangefinders or guns yet)
Sorry was not in the mood to take a proper render with lighting and stuff so just a pic without shadows, etc.
