catapult trouble

i just installed the catapult mod and had fun using it until i realized that t doesn't provide enough of a boost for some planes. is there any way to make it a bit stronger? surely other people would have noticed that planes such as the F-8 and F9F-2 cant take off from carriers
help me :(

put the mission date past 1950 or 60, i heart should automaticvally make the catapults stronger for bigger jets.

it should work.
can you describe exactly what you are doing? 'it don't work' isn't very informative to anyone trying to help. ;)

@ please - provide info on what game/mod version you are running, which mods, etc.
without any such info, we are only going to be guessing as to the problem....
