What means 95 % troublecrash , please ?
Happens on CUP , crashes not only the game , but also the whole computer -> no logfile avalaible .

I do the same, 95%, but not CTD or blockage, stays at 95% forever.

95% almost always means a missing or damaged SFS file, most probably files.sfs.

Just one little additional advice, set your conf.ini to log the loading of the game

[HotKey Console]
LOG=1
LOGTIME=1
LOGFILE=log.lst (you can choose the name that you like)
LOGKEEP=0 (with option =1 will keep all the logs and the file will quickly become very heavy)

the loading of the game will be logged on your log.lst file (or any other you have chosen). In case of a 60% (and in many cases of 70%) crash you can trace the loading error (flight model or other) and save a lot of time in investigating the cause.

When I start a flight in QMision , this happened to me FW190A5 with bomb load 4xSC50 1xSC250 and when this mission at 100 % load, I have a CTD .. do not understand why ?

I used the file creator of failure, but not understand anything .. can someone tell me what I did wrong .. Thanks

Hello all.

As you can tell this is my first post so be gentle

I'm new to IL-2 modding but not to the practice in general. I think I know my way around launchers/JSGME/File Movement.

Having trouble with CUPs WAW module. 70% crash.

I bought IL-2 1946 on steam, which currently comes updated to 4.12.2M. I copied IL-2 out of the Steam folder first, then I installed Modcat and the Map Module. Then DAW, TGA and WAW, following instructions and using the Restore points.

I am now getting the 70% crash when I try and load up WAW. DAW works fine.

Do I need to reinstall my entire IL-2 '46? Or just CUP or WAW?

P.S. Will a logfile help?

Yes! Your 70% should be easy to fix...but a reinstall of only WAW and sticking to the install guide might be the better option.
With Up to date WAW you should not get a 70% crash any longer.
Just try to reinstall and if the error persits post a log...could also be a corrupted download

I'll do a reinstall and let you know. My internet isn't that great so a corrupt DL is the probable cause.
