I put new props and undercart on her  ;D

It comes at a slight cost though as about 5% of the tyers stick out the top of the wing when retracted.

Since I made a sound set for her ive kinda fallen in love with her , although a bit of a bitch at low speeds she had a very good sevice history lasting 20 years.

im not sure about this particular one, but almost all new mods coming out are for 4.101 and most work for modact.

Really like the props and undercarriage you have done, Jafa. They We're 2 things that let the 3d model down- the spinners annoy me too.

Seems like you've really got the Beaufighter bug, Jafa. The navigator I research, who flew in Beaufighter and Mosquito nightfighters, expressed his preference for the Beaufighter- although he was a navigator/radar op, not a pilot. I think the Mosquito would be a tiring aircraft to be a passenger in, sat cramped up next to the pilot between two roaring merlins- supposed to have been a very hot aircraft to be in too, because of the proximity of the radiators. The Beaufighter on the other hand was supposed to be very cold, but roomy and much quieter. They called it "whispering death in the night".
It had an unfair rep as a bit of a 'widow maker', mainly because of its lateral stabilty, which was partially sorted with the adoption of the dihedral tailplane. Single engine handling was said to be another cause of a lot of accidents, but I've come across plenty of evidence to say that a decent pilot could deal with the loss of one engine quite comfortably.
