Terry, I just added these random red and blue flights to 'Battle of Wheeler Field 02' - saved and reopened the mission.  The previous waypoints and target 'sets' were unaffected.  I have these tutorial missions in a lightly modified 3.06 modact install, with regular FMB (not FMB+) so I'm pretty sure I'm not seeing the problem you describe.  Persevere with it and see if you can figure out what's going wrong, and let us know how you get on?

Good luck!

Ok - I had another thought about this problem.  Apologies if it's a dumb suggestion, but I've tripped myself up with this before, more than once!  ;D

When you're loading the mission from the Single Missions interface - are you sure you're loading the right mission?  It's easy to mix them up and load a different mission from the one you intended.  If you save a new mission like so: newmission.mis - it isn't the 'newmission' title that appears in the Single Mission interface, but the 'Mission Name' that you've entered in the 'Mission Description' interface.  If you create a new mission from an older one, but forget to edit 'Mission Name'  - it's really easy to mix them up?
