Hi everyone.
I know that in Sturmovik we have a lot of Bf-109 different versions. I found in internet a new one with changed profile of the tail and other profile of wings. Forgotten history but the very cool appearance. Maybe some talented modder will interest this one. It will be great to fly it in IL2.

+1000 for this. I love all the wierd looking variants. I'm starting to delve into blender to begin learning the ends and outs of modding. But I would love to see this in-game.

Hello
I don’t  know about this plane too much. Preceding the small production was 3 prototypes:
If you have more information’s or pictures of this plane please send it here.
- V1: WNr 16281/SP+EB
- V54 : WNr 15708/DV+JB or PV+JB
- V55 : WNr 5709/DV+JC

Very interesting information’s by Wiki:
A record exists of one particular Bf 109H-1, Werknummer 110073, was recorded as having been converted to a photo-recon aircraft by a Luftwaffe long-range reconnaissance group, Fernaufklärungsgruppe 123, in May 1944, and flown on dates immediately following the Invasion of Normandy with one mission meant to scan the entire French coastline from Cherbourg to Ouistreham, from an altitude of some 15 km (49,200 ft), which proved to be just beyond the achievable ceiling of the selected aircraft.

Probably this units use that plane:
1./NJGr10 was a night fighter staffel
5.(F)/123

This was considered when we were doing the ultimate 109s but abandoned as there simply is no room on the UVW map to fit the extended wings and tail.

You will need to build this from scratch and use a different UVW map to do this aircraft justice.
