Yes but any files inside the SFS files should normally be overwritten by whatever is placed in the MODS folder and I have included the full "New wings" mod with the last upload.

I have contacted Cirx, maybe he can find out what is causing the problems

Could somebody please try out the following setup:

*Download has been pulled*

I have extracted the hier.him files from UP3.0 and have made the necessary adjustments to my mod

Please download it, remove the previous version and replace it with this one to see if it has any effect on the UP/DBW issues

These work perfectly in DBW. Wings look good, and as far as I can tell all is well!

For those that are having problems with F and N models in 4.09/UP2.01, make sure the 'P-40FLN' loads before the new wings folder, by re-naming it '+P-40FLN'.

All downloads have momentarily been closed down, I will be working on a version with seperate 3D slots for the F & L models which should universally cure any existing problems!

Expect the new version around Wednesday

Great mods, definitely needed.  Definitely like the new P-40N with the P-40M model update compared to the old one.  Kudos on these old Warhawks!

GOOD NEWS!

The package has been reworked and should now work on all installs - furthermore I have incorporated both the "New wings" mod as well as Birdman's latest fixes into the package as well so it also improves the E & M models as well.

Everybody who has downloaded the previous V3 version should redownload please and delete any earlier version of this mod as well as the "New wings" in order to prevent any possible conflicts!

PLEASE READ THE PAGE 1 INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!

Hi Karaya, thanks for delivering as promised  :). I'm sorry to say I have found an issue: The 'N' modl has some gaps where wings meet the fuselage and the 2 x 250 LBs load doesn't show up in the QMB set-ip screen.  :-[



Hope you can cure this .

And I don't understand about the Buttons still; is the remark that the FM is adapted from the 4.09 days or is this mod suitable for 4.101? As that is the one the link 'latest button' on page 1 is pointed at

Ok, I have found the problem and have solved it, you can download a small fix on page 1 of this thread!

As for the wing clipping, thats not something I can do anything about, I am afraid we will have to live with it right now, either way it is just a small evil compared to the huge gain that the 3D fix brings.

And regarding the FM, it is just recommended to use the newest buttons file to benefit from the latest flight models! I have sent Cirx some updated/revised flight models for all three aircraft that are more true to real life.
