for those who are using the older cockpit sights i uploaded here previously, it's simple to add 'bright' reticles to them, if you like.
i'm sure those files are still available somewhere, just overwrite the ones in my old cockpit folder. if you don't find them, and would like them, just let me know, i can upload it here for you. ;)

Hi,

Can someone please upload the old P-40 cockpit and gun sight files to a non 4shared.com location? (one that does not required registration)

Thank you in advance!

Absolutely love this campaign  & all the obvious work that has gone into it.I do have one very small ,tiny glitch I'd like to ask about: apparently for lack of a better word-Dutch-Burmese Palm Blight:

Something odd & beautiful ( but wrong ) is growing in the palm groves near every airfield.Same color as the notorious pink mosquito spinners back in the day. This hasn't shown up elsewhere & so I wonder it its built into one of the DBW patches recently re-installed  or somehow imported with the campaign. Its not a big thing & easily ignored , but I thought I'd ask...
( In the dim(...very dim) recesses of my brain ,I seem to recall this might have been addresses a long time ago- if so could you just tell me the thread & I'll solve tthe problem myself- Thnks in advance!)

not a bug, james.  ::)
those bright trees are from fabianfred's original mod, and are also selectable as FMB objects, iirc.
also
as a reminder why we ask you guys, repeatedly, to at the very least, read through the thread before posting with possible repeat questions, i ask that you look at this post from earlier in this very thread, on page 4:

A couple of months ago I redid some trees and also repainted and edited the alpha layer of the bougainvillea tree.
I made them less bright pink coloured.  ;)

Sorry for getting off topic in the DW Campaigns & Missions section.  ::)

It looks like you didn't install it in the right folder.
You need to put the extracted 3do folder in STD.
The path to the bougainvillea and included tree fix should be:
IL2 Rootfolder/#DBW/STD/3do/Tree/

After making a comparable situation my bougainvillea looks like this at the moment, less bright than they appear in your screenshot...

C&C 3 is out, but will it work with campaign?  first guess is no given notes in the stationary.ini readme:
"// Classfiles names have changed, so objects will have to be replaced in old missions."

have not updated yet to 3.0 pending effort required to disable 2.0+ but if anyone is ahead of the curve, please post results.
