You can't pilot helicopters in Lock-On.

You know, get the hell OUT OF SAS if you are going to cry about post-war jets and helis in IL-2.

Look at the aircraft section: Jet War, F-4 Phantom, Dragonfly and Chicksaw helicopters - you see we trolled you, this site doesn't accept any "If you want jets and helis go Lock-ON" shit, go to AAS if you want to cry that SAS destroyed IL-2. Period.

There are no retrictions about moding subjects here, let modders say if the have time for it or not.

@mati140: while i agree with your point mati, i disagree with the way you expressed it.
it seems like you could have avoided saying stuff such as "get the hell out of SAS" and "go to AAS if you want to cry that SAS destroyed il2".
seriously, try to calm down.
@radko111: modders are welcome to make any aircraft they want. if you are not interested in these aircraft, simply dont install them.
@EliteLEGEND: i love the chinook, but it seems a little advanced right now. not trying to be mean, but many of the modern aircraft requested by you would already be out if modding was as easy as you thought it was.

Yea, sorry for that, but they hit the sensitive point. I was on AAA forums way before SAS came, and I was already flying mainly 1946 jets then. Every thread which came up with something innovative quickly turned into "burn the which thread" and if you ask e.g. Cirx you'll know that was one of the main reasons of creating SAS - to give modders freedom. As a result the entire SAS turned into something unbelievably epic - a simulation of technological progress in the history of aviation. At the moment we are aproaching Vietnam Era. And sudenly, out of the blue come some people who find it unbearable that some people are creative, think creative, and make creative mods.

On the other hand you're right - while chinook is incredibly essencial for Vietnam War Era, it would be better if somehting less complicated would be created first - like, as KG said, Huey.

If you don't want to have the chinook on il2, you just have to don't download  it, that's all ;)
