I have always (subjectively) felt the 50cals in game are a bit weak (if anyone thinks I am biased, I fly the blue side as much as the red side
)
Eventhough things improved with UP30 fantastic revision of guns, I still felt unsure about the 50 cals.
Based on the following estimations of rate of fire, I did this little mod as experiment:
50cal Browning M2 aircraft gun has a rate of fire of 750-850 rounds per minute = 12.5/second to 14.16/second (13.3 per s as average)
50cal Browning M3 machine gun has a rate of fire of 1150-1250 rounds per minute = 19.16/second to 20.83/second (20 per s as average)
I assume all the guns below as "type M2"
