Argh!   Why do the best bits always come out when you're at work?
This is easily one of those Holy Grail aircraft for me.  Congratulations to the team and a million thanks for bringing this little treasure to the Il-2 series.  :)

Ah cruel fates!  She doesn't work in 4.11...  :(
I noticed that there is some unusual shapes in the nose modelling.  The sides of the real cowling were almost flat, however the shots shown above seem to indicate that they bulge outwards.  Would this be corrected in later versions?  Hope you don't mind me asking, I'm just keenly interested in this aircraft.

I have made a campaign for anyone who want to test this beauty in some serious dogfighting:

It is a variant of a campaign I made in december last year for the Hawk III. You can find the campaign here: http://www.mission4today.com/index.php?name=Downloads3&file=details&id=1143

More info will follow.

Again: thanks for this lovely aircraft. She is really fun, a bit of a dogfighters dream!  :D

Another superb aircraft, thank you very much.  Love the engine sound, real meaty and she is a little more difficult to handle than the others, makes it more of a challenge to fly well. ;) 8)

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

I assume that this D.510 is a much improved version over SAS-Skipper's D.510?

Better to use this one instead of the other?

Yes, this one is not franken, more accurate model.

Well, Skipper's D-510 is a franken mostly taken from B-534. Great fun to fly though, and it did a good job all this time, I enjoyed a lot flying that mod, but this is the real stuff: a completely new mod with all the correct details and FM.  :)
Both mods have folders named D-510, so you have to choose which one you keep installed.  :-\

Alright then.  I'll start using DremaK's.  It's a good think I didn't upload the .510 campaign i was working on.  Now I can just easily change it over to this new version and it'll be even better.

This little plane is one of my favorites and now it's much improved over the frankenplane.  Thank you DreamK!

That's right ... even if you change the folder names, there is still a conflict with the old Avia franken and the new version by DreamK ... so you will have to choose which you wish to keep ...
