Template for a Fury. When making skins, it is sometimes a good idea to turn off the mask layer ...as some small parts of the plane are not precisely mapped. And the planes have been coming along so fast I cannot quite keep up with all the details for the template. If anyone can get the last small things fixed, please feel free to re-upload the template ...

Here is a slight re-working of one of the Fury skins using the original template.



Built the wing ribs again and tried to better represent the fabric and metal areas, also
alterd the position of the national marking on the aeileron to get it to match up.

Please please ... post the template and/or skins for this plane ... I know my limitations when making templates and only consider them to be a sort of place-holder for all the wonderful new planes being made by DreamK ... the templates can do with lots of improvements and anyone wishing to alter, update and improve them can do their thing ...

So, please post your skins ... I am certain everyone will be grateful ...

Hello Agracier, sorry for the late reply to your post, been busy with RL and stuff.

Details from the readme:

This is a modified version of Agracier's superb Hawker Fury template and was altered purely to personal taste in order to seperate all the lines that make up the wing and tail rib detail into individual parts so that the opacity could be altered for each wing surface upper and lower. The original layers by Agracier are still in the template.

The fuselage rib detail is the origial by Agracier and has not been re-done.

My original lines each have copies that have the wider lines blured and the opacity reduced, the adjusted ones and the original lines are grouped together with the adjusted ones active.

The Yugoslav insignia has also been altered to make everything line up, the colour was also altered slightly.

The mask has been adjusted to stop the colour appearing on the aircraft.

I originally used a Black square patch for the underside radiator but have now added the detail from Agracier's second template.

I'm not the best at rib detail but hopefully this will give others a starting point to adjust things to their own taste.

Included is the modified skin for the Yugoslav Fury No 90 as well as a skin for a Portugese example.  Portugal recieved three aircraft, unfortunately I can find no details of the codes for the other aircraft.  The Greyhopund motif is Yellow as this is the colour seen in all illustrations of the aircraft, there are some who have stated that it could have been Red.
