is there any good Italian fighter campaigns out there for il2 1946 4.10.1 UP3.0 RC4 DBW1.71 ? if there is can some one please point me to them thanks

Indeed - its a shame.

Another site with an Italian mission selection - helpful if you understand Italian but Google Translate would also get you there.
