Cheruskerarmin, check out the latest Catalyst 11.1's at either
www.rage3d.com or wait until they are released tomorrow. I use them with very nice performance and no artifacts. Also noticed that could use NV settings without negative effects on FPS or anything. My conf.ini below.

The new Catalyst Control Panel is quite nice and I post my settings for it for reference. I use 1920x1200 resolution so if using lower, feel free to experiment with the FSAA.
