Mr. Birdman recently sent me some modifications which solved some problems of the Whitley bombers, are as follows:

 - Damage textures are now working.
 - Center position adjusted.
 - Ground collision fixed (_Clip hook positions).
 - Aileron animation fixed.
 - Nose gunner can't damage CF anymore.
 - Pilot LODs optimized.

They are now included in the Mod and you can find them at the end of the first post.

I would like to remember the work that has always made Birdman in this Mod, I have said that without their help not had been able to do it and therefore I would like to thank him again.

PA_Jeronimo,

-First of all, thank you so much for a fantastic mod. I currently use the HSFX 7 version. I was wondering why the P-38L and P-38L Late were both fixed but the P-38J was not. All 3 versions are stock models.

-I was also wondering if there are any plans to fix any of the modded P-38's in HSFX 7? The modded versions are:

P-38F-1-LO
P-38G-5-LO
P-38G-15-LO
P-38H-5-LO
P-38DroopSnoot
P-38J-10-LO
P-38J-25-LO
P-38L-5-LO

At first I noticed that all these P-38 plane folders were in your mod so I thought maybe I had some sort of mod conflict. So I tested it in a version of HSFX 7 where your mod was the only one enabled. I had the same results. The planes I listed above were not 'fixed'.

Thanks again!

Cheers Jeronimo.  I've always appreciated Birdman's work.  It's those extra flourishes that give the greatest enjoyment.

Hi Aviar,

I imagine you are referring to this amendment that softens Cowlings the P-38L and P-38L Late.

This mod is not my work, comes stock with HSFX 7 and I guess it was not added to the model J because doing the parts of that model is fit well, tried in his day.

Regards

Jero.

I've just changed a bit the 3d model of the Kate and I have adapted the wheels of TBD-1 Devastator.

New update:

Bf-109G & K

I took advantage of the fantastic job he did in his day JapanCat with the Bf-109 to update some other models missing (G-4, G-10, G-14, K-4 and some more). So all credits are for JapanCat, thanks for your fantastic work.
I have not done such a thorough job as JapanCat, I just changed the front, the rear wheel skate and little else, I hope you like it.

... Huh?
All I could notice, is the change in  the little air intake thing... And the wheels not sinking into the ground..
Definitely like the wheels back on the ground though.
