BTW, I think original armored windshield didn't have those big rivets: all photos I have show a smooth surface of its frame.

I think so too! For what at these places should be rivets or screws?  ;)

Today in the morning I watched a lot of F-2/ F-4 aircrafts. I could not find one Bf-109 pic with this heavy windshield-glass.
