The intake mouth is indeed rounded, but the main body of the intake is squared with rounded corners:

My both pics show same type. Front oval intake - like the one in option 2 - turns into square - like in option 1. The thing that causes troubles is my first pic in which only the rounded front is visible. In the second picture the problematic part can be seen from different side, but it is the same shape as in pict. 1

Can look for pict of exactly beau mk.21 if you want to.

The sides of the intake mouth should look more like a semi-circle and the middle top sould be a little more flat (see Lisek photo of museum Beaufigther) so less oval ;)

Sorry for being an pain in the ass, but since you're doing a fix, try to get it as close as the photo as possible (I know it is not easy).

I think Beaufighter need all-new 3d, like Aviaskins did for MiG-3. Stock one is horrible, and this minor correction is too minor.
