Bit of a necro, but i'm willing to supply the GMAX 3D model from my H5Y  Cherry - which was derived from the mavis - as a base if anyone wants it.

Partly answered; i've generated a  semi "franken" from the H5Y. It'll do as a decent stand-in until someone decides to make the full version.
