BTW, I have a weird bug in my a/c. The mission will not load unless I reselect the pilot each time I want to fly it. Otherwise, I get a 90% mission fail,

???!!!!

the aircraft has early hidraulic system, which render controll surfaces useless unless you have your engines on. How to start your engines? If you have separate engine start difficulty enable, you'll need to select and start each engine separately.

I don't have your second bugs though, which is highly because of a mods conflict, can someone confirm?

Cheers,

I am trying to get this bird to work in my ModAct 3.06 set-up. I have the basic JetWar 1.2 working perfectly, but cannot get the Mig-19 to work.

When I install it and update the air.ini, the game will not load at all. Do I need extra downloads, or am I doing something else wrong?

well i run it in jetwar 1.2 in modact 3.06 as well and no problems right now.  I have several(like a hundred ;D) mods in my #SAS folder with no problems caused for my mig. But I think i had to redownload and reinstall the mig 19 like 3 times before it worked....(not the fault of the download but a PC issue i have... windows 7 64bit)

BTW, I have a weird bug in my a/c. The mission will not load unless I reselect the pilot each time I want to fly it. Otherwise, I get a 90% mission fail,

I have only been using mods for a couple of months so I could be wrong(most likely i am), but it kinda sounds like a very similar problem i had previously with a different aircraft but i just resolved it(today actually):

I had downloaded the Nieuport 28 WW1 fighter and installed it. When i ran QMB and tried to select the nieuport, the aircraft in the display was whichever aircraft i had previously selected. The Nieuport wouldnt show up until i "clicked" the country select area. Then the nieuport would appear but the mission wouldnt load properly. I tried without success to fix it myself but eventually just redownloaded it and reinstalled it and it worked. Turns out i had a corrupt download before.
(an issue, as i said, with my computer cutting the download off a bit early, but still telling me the download was complete).

so if you are running modact 3.06 and jetwar 1.2 without any issues, you might just try reinstalling the mod and see if that fixes it?

hope you get it running

Ohmigod!!! I forgot the damn plane actually has TWO engines! What an idiot I am!

Thanks.

Can you tell me thought exactly how to move the tail plane?

And re the pilot, yes, probably a download issue. I've been getting crummy extractions from my zip program for a while. I was blaming modact and the game, but now it seems clear it's d/l related.

The entire horizontal tail section goes up and down - "flying tail".

Thank You Free Modding Team!
This is an outstanding effort.  I particularly liked the cannon sounds and detail of the outside model.  The skins are a real bonus.  I will be in Vietnam if anyone comes looking for me  :P

THANK YOU!

Currently fixing here and there a bit, will update a new pack soon.  If you have any request, or suggestion, please make it here and now, I'll put it on the list.

Whatever happened to this?  I was rather looking forward to being able to carry six missiles.

Superb, and i love the Flameout and Thottle overcompression built in although my version seems a bit over keen to flameout and catch fire? Were they really this bad? Also my version seems to have a nose wheel stck at start problem? :(
i pity the poor sods that had to fly them? ???
I really Hope you will be the guys who consider seriously doing the F-104 Starfighter or "Widow Maker" as the flameout and liller low speed handling would make a great fun edition to the jet Mods? ;)
PLEASE considerer it Please make on Loads of versions loads of skins and many countries had it.
Thanks Again Superb :)
