Agggggh! Nice Work!
This bird flies beautifully, though a lot of trim is needed to make it fly well, I also like the transsonic pich trim change, when near mach 1 the A/C pitches down. According to Wang Zhushu, who shotdown an F-4c in this bird, it can reach 1800km/h in a dive and manuevers like an peregrine.
Only two minor suggesstions, the first is that at least on Chinese J-6s, all the 3 pylons on 540L drop tank are on the tank, so nothing left on the wing ater tank release at tank hardpoint. Second is a humble request, I know that man should not ask to much about a gift, especially a gift so beautifuly made and generously presented, yet as long as the J-6 have drag chutes mounted at V-tail root, could a variation of that be made? Thank you~
BTW, I myself made all-new-3D J-6s, J-5s, J-8s, and CJ-6s for SFP1 back then, yet always have little time nor enough for IL-2, or FS modelling, though hard I search, I fail to find an explicit instruction of how to build an FS or IL-2 A/C from scretch till fully set up. Lt. hardballs tutorial helped a lot, yet still I don`t know how to do the thing through. This nice model set the MODDING fire inside me burning again, as I always dreamed about flying J-6s in "hard"sims, I know it`s hard, involving Java, but willing to learn, could anyone help me starting?
