Thanks! That SM-12 is just insane. Does the radar also work in online missions (multiplayer)?

Have not test it yet, but apparently (according to the code) no. Can you confirm it? But I can try to make a few alteration and send you an online version for testing via pm.

Yep, just tried it online, only the horizontal scan lines and the clutter show up, it can't pick up/show the target. Take your time with the online version that will be nice. Thanks again.

Just a quick note that SM-12 use the same skin as MiG-19. Just create a folder name "SM-12" inside your skin folder. Please PM BT~Wasted or me for the template.

P/S: I'm in need of a video maker to make a short demonstration on how to use the radar. Any volunteer?

Cool, you can just download the plane then make the video from it. It's already available for download  :).

For any one that want a SM-12 version without the rocket booster, just copy nose_D0, nose_D1, nose_D2, and intake_D0 from 3do/plane/SM-12 folder to 3do/plane/MiG-19, overwrite the original files (of course make backup before you do so).

It looks ugly but it actually is an authentic modification:

Cheers,

S3, I don't know if you looked into that, but engines still break (sometimes with nice explosion) if you set each engine to different ammount of power - and that also means that if one engine fails (which brings him to 0% throttle) while the other one is on maximum power, you're dead... There was no such problem with Phantom, I just wander why this particular plane has such a strange bug. Is it solvable?

Nope, this is hard coded in core class. Would be quite complicated to change. the F-4 doesn't have them because I set the value for engine surge too high...

In which core class? Stock or JetWar? BC if it was the later you could ask AMT to change that.

Dear S3, Thanks for the fix, tbh I prefer the original SM-12 3D for historical correctness.  ;)
But the other looks very nice as well!

I wonder if there exists any data on the cockpit.
