Mati, please go easy on 'insisting' what must be done. We appreciate the extra info, but like in the past, please don't be too pushy about it. It has taken years to get to this point and with some fine tuning, this radar will be fantastic.

Making radar properties adjustable in an .ini entry is somewhat dangerous. In the online scenario, it means anyone can tune their radar up and cheat ;)

Maybe it's not historical, but I was wondering if it would be possible to add to the MiG-19S a loadout option of just 4X R-60M, without any drop tanks of PL-3 AAMs? I'd really appreciate it. If not, then thanks for the new loadouts. I've been eagerly awaiting the R-60s for the MiG-19, historical or not...

Hello, you have turned out these updates like an assembly line.  Fantastic.  I miss the cannons in  V2.04 . All three versions I tested with buttons 9.07, 10.0 and 10.3 . All buttons mentioned, worked with the mods and missiles locked on target.  When I installed another new aircraft ( MiG-21s also worked fine), name not mentioned, I got screen freezes, lockups, and crashes. Upon removing the other aircraft everything was back to normal. Compatibility is the key for anyone having problems with mods. Thanks for your fine work.

hmmmm,

Is it conflict with the MiG-21 pack? Can someone confirm this?

Thanks,

The only conflict caused by the SM-12 that I found was that the flaps on any of the MiG-21 variants didn't work. No CTD, no freezes or locks for me though. When I removed the SM-12 line from air.ini the flaps worked again.

That sound really impossible, as for coding perspective (2 different aircrafts with 2 separated parent java classes). This just getting more interesting. LOL.

Just a side note that you can't use MiG-21 flaps pass certain speed. Can you try test it while on ground?

Confirmed, it's like I haven't set the flaps buttons, I press it and nothing happens. When I remove the SM-12 line from air.ini and try the same again it works as it should. Interesting indeed...

Sorry, I'm a perfectionist and I tend to get into ridicoulous loop of over-adjusting making myself unbearable, please ignore me  ;)

As for .ini, well...

The radar itself is already a cheat  :D

While I don't exactly agree with S3's statement it kinda works here...

Since when is online a priority on SAS? Especially that there is already catapults.ini, so anyone can 'adjust' his catapult so he can take-off with B-29 from carrier in dogfight mode, can't he? And in coop or singleplayer the whole point of gameplay is to simulate things and get immersion, so who would he cheat? Himself, taking away whole fun. If it was hardcoded in classfiles he would modify classfiles XD

Having .ini for this would make things easier for modders as well, bc there could be just one master code for radar alghoritms and if someone wanted to add radar to his plane he would just need to make .ini entries.
