ah.......i will check landing with weapons

Supersonic speeds with rockets are possible but not at all altitudes

I remember that in one of the earlier version of the FM has already performed a problem with the landing of an aircraft with weapons outside.

ok, just tested

landed with 2 droptanks, 2 missiles and 40% fuel

you had to consider the weight increase.

So, if you land at 230 km/h with clean plane and few fuel, you can land at 250 with external stores

anyway the drag of flaps seem too much

btw, i check that also supersonic drag is too big, with 2 missiles it should be able to outpass mach 1 at 3000m, but in game it cannot also at 7500

I 'll release a new upgrade to fix both things

Hello. I have installed the mod and i'm currently having a rather big problem. I have everything installed correctly, so that is not a issue. Every jet mod I have installed so far works perfectly other than this one.

The problem I am currently facing is when I go to try to fly the Mig-19 or SMU the model and everything shows up on the viewer but the game will freeze then eventually crash when I try to fly the two jets. No log or anything that I can see so far shows up so I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

Also there is a weapon loadout that doesn't show up "Atleast model wise" for the Mig-19 and SMU which is the 'DT' weapons. I have a feeling that may be the problem but I have no idea.

DT's? Not a bug, it is a feature. Let me explain:

The DropTanks use texture from airplane's skin texture, but since this is not perfectly done, it appears only when you play a mission, in loadout screen it can't be viewed.

Okay... But that doesn't really help solve the issue to why I can't fly these aircraft and freezes my game when I try to.

Ever heard of Log file? I don't quite remember where to get that utility, but try that google thingie down the forum. Put there something like "how to post log file" or so. It should find.

And just keeps going, apparently someone on this thread had the same issue and fixed it somehow without saying how they did it. Which was kindof annoying.

this mod crashes when trying to start a mission from menu using the mig19s and and sm12. every prerequisite is met. Mig21 mod related to this is working fine no issues.

EDIT: nvm I got it to work. I had outdated utilities mod. didn't realize. now it works fine.

This was the guy, have the same issue as him.

1) Use "code" tag
2) It does not cover the problematic part
3) Are you really using the 4.12.2 and MA 5.3? - Some of the latest features work only in 4.12...

read here which part(s) from the log to post and how to post it. (code option)
