Asura's Mediafire links work without problems for me.

Ok I got the link to work and D/L the app..Now I really hate to be so stupid but I dont undrstand what it does.. I this just for building missions,campagins etc?

No. This is excellent campaigne. You can only play not build. Just install it.

Advices.
1. It is very important to make backup of your Dgen folder and dgen.exe file before installing.

2. You must unpack the folders with dgen campaigne to read instructions, but install the campaign by unpacking it directly to the game's folder.
