Ok, then it is a map related problem. If you can load the map (in FMB) then the campaign should run.

Try and update it perhaps? But still, those updates are just retextures, so I'm a bit confused.

Based on what you have said, I've come to the bitter conclusion that there is a problem with my DBW 1.7.1 install that has gone un-noticed until now. Thanks for your input.

Perhaps you should just re-install. Helluva task, I know, but there might be other corrupt parts that you miss out on...

This campaign has been updated to version 1.1, to help combat that nasty bug that can stop you from flying certain missions:

Do you find in the start of a mission that your aircraft is positioned above the runway at zero speed, where after you crash and burn on the runway? This bug is connected with Giottos SM.81 bomber. This means that you have replaced the original default aircraft skin TGA’s that came with Giottos first version of the SM.81 with the new made by Stanislao. The simplest way to fix this is to put the original default TGA’s by Giotto back. There are other ways around (but they do require a bit more work), as you can see in this post on SAS:
