Once again, feel free to move this post.

I'm no modder, but for the harrier, someone could set a trigger to automatically swivel the nozels down and switch the controls to that of the helicopter.
As an example of what I think could be done is set the "swivel trigger" so that when you drop the flaps to landing position and hit the airbrake they swivel back down, and to raise them, takeoff position flaps, stick down, and as the plane speeds up, retract the airbrake, then your in normal flight.
I mean, afterall, when have you seen a harrier hover with it's flaps up?
