Thanks for help
I cleaned up #DBW folder, then applied backup copy. Next I copied all mods that you mentioned, made all air.ini, plane.ru an >rc file entries.
Two things happened:
First I had 70% CTD, in log.lst there were three entries with F-100D indicating missing java etc - (bad luck that I didn't made copy)
Second time I run IL2 selector unchecked expert mode and enable mod files cache and that was mistake - after saving setting I got 20% CTD again but now log.lst has 0 bytes and it was empty. Now after second #DBW cleaning I have only 20% CTD in init.log there is

Some progress here now I have 70% CTD now

I just ve learned something new. In my #DBW folder I found file ~wrapper.cache, when I moved this file from #DBW outside IL-2 folder I got 20% CTD, after restoring it into #DBW I have 70% CTD.

DocPL, you must shorten the log before you paste it here.
The forums editor has a character size limitation (2000 chars),
it simply cuts the later parts of the log (what has happened to your log)!

Above is your cutted log in code brackets, sadly later parts are lost:
Delete all the "sFMDir" and maybe other non relevant parts before pasting it.

Or make a download of the log and link it here.

Anyway, I decided to make fresh reinstall of IL2 1946 from CD.
As for F-100D, by a chance does anyone has first version of this mod ? I noticed that file from the first post is the same as from Vega's topic
