Time to get out the tape measure.
FT17 is listed as 2.14m high. The A7V for comparison is listed as 3.3m high.
So the FT17 is a little bit too small but not by much. Less than 10%.
Its just a very small tank in real life.

All of them are really awesome. Ft-17 is difficult as individual target, but fortunatelly, they were used in some really massive attacks, so you can try to get them by groups. 
About the size, I always thought A7V was a little bigger (despite of the official meassures which are everywhere), since the real crew wasn't 8 but 18! They must have been really canned in there. 
About the Renault, that's the real size, I stood by one in KC great WWI museum and it was that small.
